BLU has announced a mid-range smartphone in US dubbed as “BLU S1” The smartphone adopted Android 7.0 Nougat operating system and powered by a Chipset equipped with 64-bit compatible MediaTek MT 6750. The CPU is an Octa-Core and the operating frequency is 1.5 GHz at the maximum.
The display is equipped with about 5.2 inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) liquid crystal, and the pixel density is 282 ppi. The camera has about 13 million pixel CMOS image sensor on the rear with LED flash and about 5 million pixel CMOS image sensor at the front.
It also supports carrier aggregation (CA), which is a key technology of LTE UE Category 6 and LTE-Advanced, and the communication speed is 300 Mbps maximum down-link and 50 Mbps maximum upstream.
Connectivity features includes 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.0 and wireless LAN IEEE 802.11 b / g / n (2.4 GHz) dual SIM and FM Radio are also supported. The system memory 2GB, while the capacity of the internal storage is 16 GB. The device storage made be available extra with micro SD card.
BLU S1 packs 2,800mAh power battery capacity which juice up the phone whole day in heavy uses. Fingerprint authentication sensor is installed at the front Home Button to improve security performance. The dimension of the device measures 47.3 x 72.8 x 8.4 mm and weight 37 g
BLU S1 will be available in three colors option- Black, Gray and Gold.
